He is an entrepreneur and experienced technical professional, having worked as a technology architect and lead developer with companies such as American Express, Gtriad Corporation, and Rheuminations. In addition, Michael is well-known for his understanding of business development, having worked closely with organizations to develop solutions that positively impact the client experience.

Ed understands the new marketing, and specializes in helping entrepreneurial companies stay ahead of the game. He is the founder and President at JEM Equity Advisors, a marketing and strategy-consulting firm dedicated to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Prior to founding JEM, he held senior leadership positions at both GE and UBS. Ed also created and writes The Baby Gorillas, a blog for business leaders who think big and act small.
